A pair of Castelli maiolica plaques will feature in Artcurial’s mixed-discipline sale of furniture and works of art in Paris on December 16-17.

They are dated to the 18th century and measure 12 x 8¾in (30.5 x 22.5cm) and 12½ x 9¾in (32 x 25cm).
One is painted with a scene of the Finding of Moses while the other, which is titled lower left, features Rinaldo and Armida. The estimate is €2000-3000.
